I don’t know, the designs just feel kind of boring to me. They’re way too plain for what I usually like, so yeah, not really my thing at all...

I had a frustrating experience trying to get help from Naked Cashmere. I reached out about my order, but the replies were slow and super brief, and they didn’t really answer what I was asking.
A friend had actually recommended the brand to me, so I expected a lot better, especially for the price. Instead, it felt like my issue just kept getting passed around without anyone really trying to fix it. it was disappointing

The cashmere itself arrived totally fine, so no real complaints there. But yeah, the box felt a little cheap and was kind of squished when it showed up. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, so overall I’d say it was just okay.

My order showed up on time, which was what I was hoping for, but one of the items came in the wrong color. I expected everything to be double-checked a little better before shipping. The return process wasn’t bad, just kind of annoying to deal with. Overall, not a terrible experience, but it could’ve been smoother...

I bought a cashmere sweater from Naked Cashmere i do really like it. It’s super soft, warm, and not itchy at all, which is always my biggest fear with sweaters. The fit was spot-on too, so no complaints there. But okay, tiny rant: why does something this nice have to be so high-maintenance? I knew cashmere needed care, but I didn’t expect to feel like I was handling a museum artifact every time I washed it. It also started showing a little pilling after just a few wears, which was kind of annoying. Still, it’s a lovely sweater and I’m glad I got it, I just wish it was a little less delicate.

I ordered a sweater as a gift, but the delivery date kept changing and there wasn’t really any clear update. It said it had shipped, but then it just kinda sat there for days without moving. I emailed customer service and got a vague reply. It finally showed up way later than expected, and by then it was too late to give as the gift. Kinda disappointing overall.

I ordered the cashmere sweater in camel, and the color was really close to the photos online. My sister even said it looked just like what I showed her before ordering. In person it’s maybe a tiny bit warmer, but not enough to bother me. I’m still happy with it overall, just took off one star because I was expecting an exact match

I was trying to place an order quickly before heading out, and it ended up throwing off my plans because I had to keep messing with the site...

The cashmere is definitely soft and comfortable to wear, but I guess I was expecting it to feel a little more plush or luxurious. It’s nice, don’t get me wrong, but I wouldn’t say it feels super special. Am I missing something here?

I went on Naked Cashmere ready to treat myself, but almost every size and color I wanted was out of stock. I kept clicking around thinking maybe I’d find something... but just ended up disappointed. I really wish they made availability clearer before you get excited about an item.

I’m still waiting for my refund to show up, and it’s really frustrating. I was counting on that money for plans I had already made, and now those are basically ruined because it still hasn’t come through.

I thought it was nice overall, but it feels a little too expensive for what you get. My sister mentioned the same thing after seeing it, so I don’t think I’d call it great value.

I ordered this two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. I keep checking the tracking page, and it’s been stuck in the same vague status for days, which is frustrating. I don’t even mind waiting a little, but at this point I just want to know where the package actually is
